The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Queensland (RSPCA QLD) began in 1883 and is now the state’s oldest, largest and leading animal welfare charity, dedicated to improving the lives of all domestic, farmed and native animals throughout Queensland.
RSPCA QLD is the only charitable body responsible for investigating and prosecuting cruelty cases within Queensland, with the Inspectorate receiving over 17,800 reports of cruelty last year.
